Council Highlights for May 2007

Present: Cherie Bersch, Mary Johnson, Bob Lehmann, Matt Lison, Pastor Matheny, Betty Parker, Mike Szymik, Mary Ann Toth and Dick Wallander

At its monthly meeting held on May 10th, the St. John Church Council:

  • Reviewed and discussed the Treasurer’s Report which shows St. John $5,000 in arrears
  • Received a quote from the Maintenance Committee for roof and other repairs to the church in excess of $30,000
  • Set the Annual Board of Deacons meeting for July 15, 2007
  • Approved use of the church for a wedding on September 14, 2007 pending authorization from Pastor Matheny
  • Began planning the St. John Sportslife Summer Camp for August 13-16
