Council Highlights for January 2008

At its monthly meeting held on January 10th, the St. John Church Council:

  • Made a final recommendation for approval at the Annual Meeting, the 2008 church operating budget
  • Approved the offering of a Christian Education SportsLife camp for this summer. Tentatively set the date of August 11th -14th
  • Set February 16th at 10:00 am for an all-committee planning meeting
  • Approved a request by Audrey Kirchoff to use of the Fellowship Hall on February10, 2008 for a paper crafts meeting
  • Approved the use of the Sanctuary on February 23, 2008 at 5:00 pm for a wedding between Meredith Barry and Andrew Foscato
  • Approved the use of the Sanctuary on September 20, 2008 at 3:30 pm for the wedding of Ashley Koedinger
  • Acted upon the request from Mike and Mary Olson to withdraw their St. John membership
