Council Highlights for April 2011

At its monthly meeting held on April 14th, the St. John Church Council:
- Approved the 2011 summer schedule of combined services with Our Saviour’s UCC. Services will be at Our Saviour’s from June 19 to July 24 and at St. John from July 31 to August 28. Summer schedule service times will be 9:30 am.
- Met with Doug LeClair of Church Mutual Insurance and John Schaetzel to review the terms of the insurance policy renewal.
- Approved the request of the Outreach committee to serve beer at the dinner in Fellowship Hall following the outing to the Menomonee Falls Patio Players production of the musical “Annie” on May 1.
- Approved the use of the Fellowship Hall by Youth For Understanding on Saturday, April 30.
