Historically Rooted ...
Our roots stem back to 1843 when German settlers established this congregation, and to 1869 when the building we worship in today was dedicated. Descendants of those settlers still worship with us today.
In 1986, St. John dedicated a new addition consisting of a bi-level wing for Christian Education, fellowship, offices and expanded entrances, as well as remodeling of the original sanctuary. This addition has enabled this growing congregation to become more active, not only with its own programs, but also in the area of community outreach. |
